Wow. You like to hate a billionair who is seemingly a nice guy - owns a good company (yes I said it). The 360 is a superb console, much better than the Xbox.

Regarding the tearing problem...guys how nit-picky can you be.

/Sigh. Neocron - you want a PS3 and that's fine. My problem is retards like you suddenly jumping on the 360 when your little (lol) PS3 has been put back again in Europe. I don't care if the machine funs F@H, most developers have said that we'll never see that extra performance shine in games. Oh and I guess you hated the PS2 as that had a crap launch..lol.

Very good.

Not bothered either way to be honest. Wasnt going to get one right away anyway. 6 months or so after some decent games are out. I still say there isn't enough quality on the 360 to make anyone get one now instead of waiting for hte ninty or Sony.

Perhaps MS should use the extra time to try and get the titles to a better standard on release.
 
One thing that you've got to remember though is that the major producer of the diodes neccesary for both blueray and hd-dvd players is sony. With the console put back due to lack of these we're unlikely to see many blueray or hd-dvd players around either. Chances are the MS HD-DVD player add-on for the 360 will now launch on European launch day for the PS£ - I can't see them getting hold of enough diodes otherwise.

I'd say I'm looking forwards to playing DNF on the delaystation on launch day - but, honestly, there's no way I'm going to buy this over-priced, over-hyped, delayed grill when it's over here.

I'd be very surprised if that happened, I fully expect the HD-DVD drive to be released around Xmas as scheduled.

If they do, then it'll be available in tiny volumes - where are the diodes supposed to come from - every company manufacturing them have anounced yield issues.

i was happy with 360 playing oblivion and pgr3 then i started to read what the ps3 was all about
i got the feeling maybe microsoft rushed out the 360 ,dont get me wrong im no fanboy,its just ps3 seems to offer more.
i can play zelda game on wii and wait for ps3
