BEcause the PS2 fangirls whined and bleated about the size of the XBox 1 and now suddenly size is irrelevant.Psycho Sonny said:why does everyone keep on saying that its huge?
do you know what its 1 heatsink cooling CPU and GPU therefore it should be twice the size of a normal heatsink, and i reckon my titan amanda is a lot bigger than that puny cooling system
I'm sure that they were talking about the size of the heatsink and fan being huge rather than the actual console.Kreeeee said:BEcause the PS2 fangirls whined and bleated about the size of the XBox 1 and now suddenly size is irrelevant.

If it was heatsink size then I apologise.Joebob said:I'm sure that they were talking about the size of the heatsink and fan being huge rather than the actual console.
The PS2 is only slightly bigger than the 360 when you put them side by side. The Xbox was bleeding huge though, that's why they shortened the name from XtraLargeBox to Xbox.![]()
oops I did mean PS3 - soz!Kreeeee said:If it was heatsink size then I apologise.
So if the XBox 1 was "bleeding huge" and the PS3 (I assume you meant PS3) is "bigger" then the PS3 is bigger then bleeding huge, no?

The PS3 is marginally bigger than the original XBox (it's 1cm wider thats all).
The 360 is only a fraction smaller than its predecessor, the only thing that makes it seem smaller is the fact that it is slightly thinner and white.
Its only because people are comparing them to the Wii and PS2 do they seem large in size. But quite expected for new technologically advanced systems in my opinion.

Was a good way to disguise the size of the over all machine. Some folk like the power brick idea, some don't.
