PS3 firmware 2.3 and new store coming 15th April

like i said the hackers have made loads of comments about the 14th of april being the official home release

but i suppose sony have kept it quiet due to it already being delayed so much, the update will now be the 15th which is a day late

and home on the 18th which is 4 days late

this is why sont are keeping their mouths shut, they for some reason can never get anything done on time, even the console was launched late here in the UK by several months

home should be coming out this year - but with no confirmed date as to when - it may be sooner than later, keep your fingers crossed for tomoroow then on the 18th again
 
lol like i said ps store is down why else would it be right near the suposed date not the uk one only usa one is as well at the same time come on people common sense!!!
 
probably because they are updating the store as mentioned. Nothing to do with home at all.

How would that be good marketing to say NOTHING about your hottest and most talked about networking tool.

it's a store revamp don't get too excited for anything else apart from some audio stream that most peeps don't have the hardware for.
 
Update is live, just done it before going to work.......New store looks great and is extremely quick loading, probably because the games thumbnail pics are not appearing or broken :D

No sign of Home either :p
 
Updated a couple of hours ago, new store looks rather spanky.

Glad im not the only one having issues with the broken display pictures. :D
 
Just updated, took around 10 minutes to do.

The new store looks and feels really nice to use, way way better than the 360 marketplace I must admit.

Shame all the images dont load :D
