Hello all,

PS3 is really starting to annoy me now and i have no idea why its doing this, the problem i am have that when i try to install a game or download a game of PSN i get the message "Not enough harddisk space" now I know there is enough space as there is currently 2.2GB on there.

For example i just tried to download Yakuza 3 demo and go "not enough space" yet I just checked and i have 2.2GB and the demo is 1.2GB. Any idea why this is happening?

Cheers.

I've heard of this happening with something else before. Iirc you have to delete something (anything, doesn't need to be big) and then try and redownload.

I have deleted things already ^^, PSN games, demos and saves etc still it gives me the same problem.

You need 2x the file size in free space. 1.2gb used to download the file and an additional 1.2gb to install it. The initial downloaded 1.2gb is freed up after the install completes.

Yeah it will download the installer, install it and then delete the installer. I bought a 250gb for mine after about 2 days. It was just too cheap to not buy.
