PS3 has stopped reading disks again.pls help

My PS3 has stopped reading disks again. I have tried doing a full reformat,but that does not work. I had the same problem last year (15th June) It was out off warranty last year,but Sony fixed it for free as a good will guesture.

How much will it cost to get it repaired?

I think its £90 or £99 for Sony to repair
