ps3 help please!!

Just a shame success depends largely on the waves and water dynamics rather than skilfully using the controller :(
That's your excuse and you sticking to it.... worked good for me though, I actually became quite skilled at this game ;)

This was nothing to do with the PS3 until other people said it was.

Shaking a light controller around like that with sweaty palms = chance for it to slip, and it nearly did.

But the thread is called "ps3 help please!! " ????

The Ps3 is only light when compared to the 360's dunbell of a controller.

im sorry but you must be damn weak if you think the 360 controller is heavy, some people will go to extreme lengths to find a negative

the ps3 pad feels light coming from the 360 pad, but tbh you only notice it when comparing them. i dont have a problem with either but then i dont have weedy girl arms:p

exactly, no one that I remember complained about a PS1 pad being too light!

Exactly the point I was trying to make. The bit about the 360 being like a dumbbell was artistic licence to emphasize the point ;)

Probably because all controllers were light then, then came vibration in every pad for like 7 years, most people are used to the added weight, going to the PS3 pad feels unnatural.

very few people actually have a problem with the ps3 pad :) at least you can be safe in the knowledge that your far less likely to put your ps3 pad through your shiny lcd tv than you are your wiimote:p

Why not just crack it open and stick some fishing weights in then? Would be quite easy to do - ah but then you would have to dirty your hands with a PS3 controller again :p

Personally I don't really notice the weight of the controller when I'm playing a game. If you sit there thinking to yourself "this controllers light" then you will notice it, but if you just get on it then you wont!

I found the 360 controller to be a bit too uncomfortable with certain games and the PS3 to be better and vice versa but overall I prefer the Sixaxis - I guess over ten years using a PS style controller, on consoles and PC, has moulded my hands to fit them snug ;)

thats probably because if you did let go of it it would bounce off your tv and float off into space never to be seen again. In all seriousness though it does feel a little strange having such a light pad, id prefer if they gave the option to have some weights in it or something.

I admit, I found the PS3 pad very light when I opened the box.. you get used to it though :)

It's nice to have a light controller though..
