there should be a big thread for you ps3 defending, and annother for you 360 bashing, then we wouldent have to listen to it. that screenie is bad!!, how can you defend that!!
 
Nobody can objectively pass judgement on the Playstation3, or even that particular game, on the basis of what is in the opening post.

If the game was released, and it looked like that, and message boards were full of people saying it ran at 30fps or jerkily, then perhaps it might be fair to pass comment on it. Until then, it isn't is it.
 
How big is the irony in a "look past the graphics and play the games" Nintendo fanboy slating a console for not having good graphics?

a) Big.

b) Pretty damn big.

c) Like, bigger than the sun big.

d) PS3 LOL!

e) All of the above.
 
True we can't pass judgement on a final product at this point in time, but we can laugh and joke about the massive differences in quality between two screenshots of the same game. :)

Sure but ninty are always conservative when they start banging their chest regarding GFX, unline the "Toystory 2 graphics on ps2" claim made by sony.
 
It is just one game, one game in many games that will be out for launch or close to PS3 launch. There are some non-next gen looking 360 games that are the same. You can only truly slate the PS3 if and when it doesn't deliver on launch day, and everything looks pap. But I seriously doubt that from the videos of in-game stuff I've seen recently.

Still have to laugh though, as I know a lot of rather naive PS3 fanboys that believed that video was ingame.

Im just waiting for the Sony marketing campaign. I just know they will be marketing it as the next generation from the xbox 360, and hopefully if they do, the press will bring it to the joe publics [sony loyalty club] attention that its not the next, next generation...

Or do as the press normally do and jump on the PS bandwagon and make it seem the coolest thing in the world and the thing to have, as they know everything and therefore .... blah blah :p :p
 
Well, they've only got 8 months to improve it.

It does look pretty bad though, wouldn't be surprised to see something like that on PS2.
