We got this link to Gamespot's Korean arm (who knew?) from a tipster. It's a six image gallery apparently of a huge pile of PlayStation 3s being boxed and placed in their retail packaging.

They appear to be the 20GB, $499 variety. In some of the pictures, a non-descript Asian man bends over to place a finished unit in the box; his jeans are curiously rolled up to his knees. It appears as if he's wrapping them up for shipping.

I thought the PS3 didn't come with the PS2 Dual Shock 2 Controller?
I thought it had a totally different new Controller.
On the box it shows it does...

Advertising spin?
Now it suddenly looks like everything in the Sony camp is fine....

Of course, it could be real...

Yeah I should be :D OMG it's a box, first they turn one on for 12 hours now a box. Can't wait to see the instructions.

So why the trousers round the knees, from wading in sony filth? ;)

Because the boomerang was minging and then because the original PS2 pad has the analogue sticks (or left one to be precise) in the wrong place.

The boomarang was an experiment and AFAIK nobody ever held it to see if it felt right, i think it might have cured the issue some folk have with the stick positions.
But to be honest i have never had an issue with the stick placement on the PS controllers, but was surprised when they didnt swap the D-Pad and left stick as it does seem to annoy some folk (and i know u are one of them :p)

edit yeah steve thats the one

If you put the site through google-translator is does actually say that's all there is.

Just an empty box, the PS3 comes in 2008 when the blue diodes are in stock. :p
