ps3 question

im in america at the moment and the 20gb ps3 is around $500 and the 60gb version is around $600 and i am considering buying one. I know the ps3 power brick is inside the console rather on the cable. My question is:
does the ps3 accept 100-240v i.e. can I buy one here and bring it home to england and use it on our 240v power. thanks

It has a universal power supply so no probs, you just need a lead like the ones for monitors, the 3 pronged ones and your good to go.

Yes it will work no problem in the UK.....All you need is a good old fashioned kettle cable

how heavy are the ps3's?? if anyone could tell me in kg i would be very very appreciated
I know they are unlocked for games but are they region free on blu ray films and dvds??

Nah region free for games only not sure about PS2 games though.

I can't specify the exact KG but it's bloody heavy, will probably say on the box maybe, or inside the manual perhaps.
