anyone know of a way to get a pair of real triggers other than buying another PSM3 magazine?

its not like its a lot of money it just seems a bit of a waste thats all, i'd only chuck the mag away for the sake of two bits of plastic...

anyone clued up on this?

I'm sorry but is £5 really that much to pay to transform the PS3 controller into a half decent pad, the triggers for me have upgraded my whole PS3 gaming experience, £5 is a bargain tbh., I've even got a spare set :p, there for the DS3 when it comes out though so no groveling :D.

I have put a set on my DS3 and it has changed the feeling of play totaly, a real joy to use.

With the weight rumble and triggers == a good controller for me.

I think the price of £5 is very little to pay for such a transformation it gives the pad as lowrider007 said above.

You could also so wipe your **** on the mag if it's not to your taste like i did :P

I'd rather pay £5 for them and get a free mag than the £12 they're asking on ebay  Probably cost about 5p to make.

I love it when a 360 troll shows up, what a sad little girl you are.

I love it more when another troll turns up to counter a 360 troll, then you have two sad little girls who can pull each others hair.. ;) :D

And OT, I have the triggers for my PS3, and for me, it's an improvement as well, especially for driving games.. £5 is worth it from my experience. of course, YMMV..

ahh for christs sake dont turn my thread into a bloody troll's cave...

who the hell cares? some people like ps3, some 360s!!! give it a break!

but yes when you put it like that, i spose £5 is fair aint it... i'l buy another mag :)

I didn't even know these triggers existed!
Thanks for the heads up guys.
One question, the OP mentioned the magazine PSM3, do they have the triggers with every issue?
If so I will try and grab a copy today just for the triggers.

i thought thos clip ons from the mag, were a bit naff to be honest, the edges kept rubbing my fingers, and were quite uncomfortable and annoying

for anyone wondering what were on about, i took a couple a shots for ya ;)

Are they glued on? how do they stay put?

i might like them for FPS, since i always use pressure sensitive X/square for racing

lol, believe me, there not worth it, see the lip on the back of the triggers, in the above pic, well it chaffs your fingers something terrible
eh? the above pictures were taken by me hence i've already tried them, i genuinely don't know what you mean... the only bit that makes contact with your fingers are the smooth sides of the trigger...

to me it is worth it, very much so... wanna sell?

and yes they clip over, very nicely made in my opinion but maybe they could have closed off the bottom for aesthetic reasons but thats neither here nor there...

:D

They seem to try to justify how amazing everything about M$ is.

The PS3 isn't perfect, but keeps me happy, and also prevents hearing damage ;) Just wish i had a 360 to play dead rising, a zombie on a drill spinning round and round killing others really is the best videogame moment for me this year.

Back on topic, i have 2 sets of these and they are cracking. Makes the DS3 a perfect controller, and they will help out with cramp during those long gaming sessions, especially in games like burnout, and inevitably GT5.

I think they're great, tempted to go and buy another mag so I have another set for my DS3 for when it turns up in the post.
