PS3 seems a bit shaky with what demos it will accept?

Hey all.

Just had a bit of a demo downloading spree, and i've found that a bunch of them won't install - I just get an 80029564 error (cause unknown, great help there Sony!).

I was wondering if anybody else has had this error and what steps they took to solve it. A quick google turns up a mixed set of causes, from download corruption to ports being shut, etc.

I don't want to have to delete and start again, it's quite a lot of data that took a while to download.

I have never in my life come across a file that fully downloads but is corrupted due to wifi interference (on a pc or a console). I know this don't sound constructive, but it is.

Tell us what demo you downloaded and get someone else to test it/verify it and then take it form there.

So far, GRID and Burnout Paradise DEMOs.

It's odd - i've downloaded them both before and it worked fine, but not this time.
