Completely ignoring the videos, is it just me or does that guy have possibly one of the most anoying voices ever :/

But pretty much as I gather most of us knew already, virtually no difference between the 2 consoles.

Although i dont think there will be much difference anyway - they not exactly using the most Technologicly impressive game to demonstrate it on.

It like saying look heres a McLaren F1 - and heres a Mini Cooper both can do 30MPH without any issues.

How could you see anything? The quality of youtube is dire. Even if there were dramatic differences I wouldn't have seen them.

Yes from what I could make out the green had much higher colour.

It did, however we have absolutely no idea how that video was captured.

To me, it looked like the 360's gamma was higher than the PS3. So that could possibly be the cause of it.

i assume this is the gamer tv comparison vid on bravo that was shown 5 months ago, things may have moved on

but i said it then and i said it now, doesnt matter which is more powerful, as most games get ported anyway, for me its value for money

devs, prototypes.

They have made a PS3 but not mass produced it yet.

They probably had the PS3 framework working on pc's beforehand I expect, years ago even.

My conclusion is sonic looks pretty good anyway and as is expected theres little difference. Will sonic be out on Wii, I guess nintendo will stay apart from the crowd in their usual way.

Maybe in a few years time they will be striving to push each console to its limits and then we'll see which is better in what ways..

yes exactly!

I haven't watched the video coz it won't load, but I've played the new sonic at sega on the 360 as a games tester there, and it runs fine pretty much considering its state of production. It's not a good title to benchmark on as the graphics apart from motion blur and good texture resolution are poor and simple, even comparable to the dreamcast.
