PS4 Controller bugged

50% of the time when press L2 my controller acts like I'm pressing L2 and moving the left on the left stick?

Any ideas on a fix/ I'm sick of buying PS4 controllers this is my 3rd controller...

They're rubbish. I had to take 3 apart yesterday (2 less than a year old) to make 1 good controller to play Destiny. I'm just going to buy a Nacon revolution controller and be done with it.

It may be something to do with the ribbon contacts but it sounds like something shorting. Take it apart and give it a clean. There is also a reset button on the back.

One of mine started doing this recently - ended up falling off a cliff in Horizon before I notice the silly bint was moving

No idea on a fix, other than swearing, so I replace mine with a nice new PS4 Pro
