I'm with you. I had to drag myself off of it at midnight last night as I had to be up at 6. I was like "I wonder what I will find here, any here, and here.... ooo shiny".

:)

It is more of a playable narrative. As you wander about you trigger scenes which tell the story / flesh out the characters in a flashback like approach (the characters appear as light rather than models).

It can be seen as a spiritual successor to Dear Esther which had a similar approach to "gameplay".

Cool, I quite like that kind of thing occasionally. Reminds me I need to finish figuring out Her Story :)

If you wnat all 19 trophies you'll have to really search everything , I was trying last night to work out some of them, the wrong number and last order's trophies were not quick or easy to work out. But are once you work it out really simple, the trophies are the puzzles folks, the game is an interactive story triggered by actions on screen, the trophies are the puzzles that will form quite a few hours of working out and entertainment... Good stuff IMO

From what i have read the trophies arent something you will get doing a normal play through. Lots of weird things you have to do like stand at the bar for a few minutes, stand in a phone box. Walk backwards for so long and play on the park.

Yeah just had a quick read which thankfully gave no spoilers on the story.

I now see why I haven't got any (that I am aware of anyway).

I am not a completionist in the trophy sense but some are quite interesting.

There needs to be a guide for the trophies some are easy to work out but i doubt im going to want to play this more than twice.

Back in the ps3 /Xbox 360 era I didn't care much for trophies /achievements, but I don't know why but on ps4 I've really enjoyed hunting the trophies down, and I'm slightly ashamed to admit this as really? But when a game like this one makes the trophies like puzzles in themselves its prolonging the game , I don't know. I've just really got into the swing of console gaming thsi generation..

I guess previous gen console gaming didn't grsb me like it has this generation.. So I can see me really getting wau more then 6 hours out of this game just on hunting down trophies alone. Hmm I'm sad lol

Loving it so far its got some framerate issues. I can handle 30fps on the consoles usually but this feels like its in single digits sometimes. It says a lot that I barely notice it though as I'm that engrossed :)

Loved the look, sound and feel of the game. The actual story was only average in my opinion but the presentation raises the game from okay to very good.

Took about 4 hours, I think I got most of the story elements. I checked the trophies but some of them sound a bit of a chore given the slow movement speed (even when "running").

If you are on the fence then I would probably wait for a sale or 6-9 months when this is almost inevitably going to be free on PS+.
