PS4 HDD problem

Hi all

I have attempted to put my PS4 in safemode via the power button to no avail. Now for some reason the HDD (Seagate 2TB hybrid drive) has ceased to boot and I am getting a CE-34335-8 error message. I have removed the drive from the machine and reinserted to no avail. Is the drive shot or somehow locked out?

On google that error says no hdd detected. It sounds like the drive is done.

Aren’t those 2TB hybrids renowned for having problems, especially with PS4?

That's the conclusion I reached too. Seagate rubbish again!

Get a Samsung I've found they are the best drives for Ps4
