Looking to pick up a headset soon so I can play destiny 2 etc with friends and wanted some recommendations?

Don't have a budget in mind just want something decent.

I got the Pulse 3D ones. They are really good from a sound perspective but they aren't super comfortable.
Still worth considering.

Hyperx cloud 2 are pretty good

I got the hyperx stinger super cheap and am happy with those but the cloud 2 are definitely a step up in comfort and general quality

I bought the stinger as a stop gap for temporary use when away from home. They were truly awful but for £35 or whatever they were that was always going to be expected. even spending just £30 more would have reaped so much more quality and given close to top end performance. Which isn't surprising because £35 headset £30 of that will be shipping, distribution and manufacturing and retailers costs so it's a £5 headset. Whereas a £65 headset will have had at least £20 spent on the actual parts so 4 times as much.

My current headset is end game.

HD700
Nano yeti premium usb mic
Creative x7 amplifier and dac

I would say it's much better going for the higher end hyper X headsets they are a lot better. Especially the clouds. The stinger and stinger core aren't great they are probably the best for their budgets but it was a huge step down from what I am used to.

That's fair, think mine were £20 when I got them - they were a cheap and cheerful. My previous set (creative fatality) were annexed by my children who murdered them, so I didn't want to spend too much!
