PSD to HTML

Hello,

I dont know if this is allowed, but i have a PSD that i've designed and i need it coded into a website.

Can anyone do that for me for a fee?

Try Sitepoint, although I'm not sure if you have to pay to list in the Marketplace now :/

Learning basic HTML is a doddle, you'll have a new skill and the added satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself.

Yeah well, in the time it takes you to find somebody half decent to do it for you, for free. You could have learnt basic HTML twice over.
