PSN Down?

I'm getting this error "This service is not available in your contry or region"

Just wondering if other people are getting this as well.

If you sign out and try to sign back in, you'll get the 'PSN is down for maintenance' message. The error you're getting is on the Storefront.

Maintenance is 9 hours today, 4PM til 1AM GMT... According to what I found anyway, the whole online service is not expected to be down for the whole duration, just some parts such as the Store, apparently online play may be back up at some point but I cant get signed in at all

I've been playing online all afternoon, apart from 40 minutes ago when I decided to take a break. No interruptions in service for me. I haven't tried the store.
