psn refund?

Hi

Totally my fault due to excitement or tiredness, but I purchased a game for the psp only on my ps3. Has anyone ever got a refund for a purchase or know how to get one?

I'd ring up Playstation on their UK helpline although it does say when adding funds to your PSN account that they are non-refundable. Might as well try ringing them though.

I emailed uk sony support and they basically told me that unless the product is defective they can not perform a refund.

i don't know what you were expecting tbh, no way would any company give a refund unless someone else had used your credit card details to buy the game.

imagine all the people on steam who would buy a game, play it for a day, realize they didn't like it and then ask for a refund.

same goes for consoles.

was your own fault for buying the wrong thing, not theirs, their are no refunds for anything bought from PSN as far as i am aware.

It's true, you could have already copied it to another account as well.
