PSP Screen Mod?

hi any 1 know if the psp screen can be modded to work in a pc ?
as u can be a replacmet 1 for £20.00

and i think it would be a great screen to use, as its so wafer within

There is a guide for the PSone screen to be modded for PC. As long as the PSP screen uses a standard connection to interface with its source then the VDU no matter what it is will work.

I'd like to do this but does anyone know how to wire the psp replacement screen to a vga or dvi cables for monitors?

You would use a internal interface card like one that would be used in industry.

as for the screen mod from what i can tell u cant interface with the psp screen, coz the screen as its hardware interface built into the psp, maybe u can mod the psp card interface, but i cant find any info on that via google. maybe yewen, could find out more info on how it could be done?

You cant do this, the screen would require a controller card that is currently built into the psp, no way you'll ever get this to work.

Is the PSP screen not a industry standard one, or does it use a unique setup unique to the PSP?

If it is a industry standard then any card conforming to it should work. :confused:
