PSU.. Am now worried :')

Right i had what ill call a silver box with no branding on with big writing that said 450W on side until that blew up when it was idle :') I replaced it with a Trust 570W psu..

Someone please read the specs on it and tell me im not crazy by working it out and this is really a 350W rebranded piece of **** too :/
If so reccomend me a modular psu pretty nippy as its coming out asap :')

EDIT: Sitting back and waiting for the abuse of "DONT SKIMP ON A PSU EVER" :') I know this now

Any good none modular or semi/modulars out there?

Around 50-70 price range.. Which would survive an upgrade in march ish time to i5 2500k unless i like ivy bridge and probably 1x GTX 570 nd an SSD
