Spotted something quite worrying when I fitted a new sound card and had a spring clean inside the case, it looks like the corner of the case near the PSU is burnt - should I be worried about this?
Case is an Antec 1200, PSU is a CoolerMaster 850watt "SILENT PRO" Modular

Not great quality pictures, taken with my phone.

) you can get rust anywhere that there has exposed steel, an electrical potential and moisture. So if you live in a particularly humid country/house/room and the steel was exposed to light scratches or something (from when you installed the power supply) then you can get rust forming. The electrical potential does not mean that there is electricity passing through the metal, it means that if the steel is not "homogeneous" i.e. is not PERFECTLY uniform on a molecular level, then different areas of the steel have different "electrical potentials" and so it is at these boundaries corrosion occurs.
