PSU explained

Right gona use this forum for sum simple advice.

I know how to build a PC and I have moderate knowledge of PC’s as a whole.

The only thing I’ve struggled on is PSU’s, could some1 explain in simple terms what makes a good PSU, I always thought more power is better?!?! I’ve never understood how “rails work etc etc. Sum advice would be great, the simpler the better only otherwise I’l get lost.

Stick with a good make and remember you probably don't need a millions watts.
