First off i'm not sure if this is the right forum forum for this.
The issue is this:
I spent a few days away from home and upon returning my computer would not turn on at all. Realized it was an issue with the Corsair HX 620W PSU I bought from Overclockers last year in November. I've tried it in my old computer to see if it worked at all and it didn't and I bought another PSU from a local ******s just to see if there wasn't a problem with any other components. Everything else seems to be working.
The only thing I can think of is that recently no one has been in the house meaning the heating has not been on and we've had a recent bout of very cold weather. Could this harm the PSU at all? I've followed directions of the paper clip test on the Corsair website but that didn't work.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you and Merry Christmas
