PSU got enough power?

Well ive bought this PSU off the MM Enermax 460w i think it is ATX 1.something

i know it has 38amps on the +12v and i will be running


Conroe e6300 oc'd
asus mobo
1800xt
dvd-rw
sata 250gb
2GB Ram

The PSU ought to be powerful enough in itself but you will probably have to run it using adapters which might not be quite as stable as it should be.
