to go along with his ATI 6870, and despite the fact I told him he would likely need a new PSU, he didn't order one. I have just checked his current one and it is an 'Antec Earthwatts 430w'
Now I am pretty sure this isn't going to be up to the job, so what would be the cheapest but decent option for his new build? (i usually go with corsair myself, maybe something like: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-022-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1084 but he needs to spend as little as possible on this, so need cheaper options. Modular would be preferred)
