PSU help

Hi i dont have much of a clue when it comes to psu's Im thinkin about upgrading my system probably looking at something similar to what is listed below. I think 400w **** do it and modular if possible, but which one and what brand to go for etc
The spec would probz be something like this
Amd am2 64x2 4200
1xHDD
1xDVDRW
7900gt or something around there
2x1gb pc6400 ram

Thanks for the link that looks good. Bu is a 520w psu neccessary with the spec i listed in my last post. I was thinking somewhere around the 400w mark would probz be enough?
