I have just upgraded my pc and am having trouble with my pc resetting while playing bf4 on ultra gfx settings. I think I have narrowed it down to the PSU but thought it would be a good idea to double check with you guys.

I have used the cooler master & asus PSU calculators and it seems to be giving me a wattage of between 730w & 750w. I currently have this PowerCool 850W PC-850AUBA Quad 12v V2.2 80+ Efficiency PSU - 850AUBA which is rated at 80% efficient. I'm not 100% sure how to calc this but i'm guessing the output is 80% of 850w. In which case my PSU is not good enough.

If I am correct and I do need a new PSU, would you be kind enough to reccomend one for my system listed below.

Asus P8Z77-V PREMIUM
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Processor (77W)
Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator CPU Cooler
Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X "BF4 Edition" 4096MB GDDR5
2 x TeamGroup Xtreem LV 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-21300C11 2666MHz
2 x Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache
+ 3 case fans & 2 dvd drives

Hope you can help. :)

Sorry about the link got confused with the similar site names, won't happen again.

@lee32uk thanks for the quick responce. Would 650w be enough? Or are my calc's wrong?

My knowledge of PSU's is limited at best, would appreciate it if someone could explain it in a little more detail.

PSU calculators can over compensate and depending on what info that was put in.

For a singe GPU setup the Superflower will be fine, if your looking at adding a second then around 850w is needed, also your using high end PSU's and not cheap rubbish.
