PSU is making a noise when playing high end graphics (watch dgos)

my current psu (XFX Core 450W Fully Wired 80+ Bronze Power Supply) is making a noise everytime i move in a game with very high settings mainly watch dogs...

just wondered if i should buy another for my New R9 280X

like a clicking noise not loud but enough to notice while playing... in watch dogs for example if i look at the sky it stops then once i look at buildings etc it starts asap

but dont happen on everquest landmark on ultra settings

Sounds similar to the issue I had a while ago? Same/similar PSU I think.
