I get like gfx corrpution when playing GTA 4 and wondered whether it's power related.

I'm still running a 370W PSU from antec

Q6600
8GB etc

I think your psu is the issue only 380 that not enough but saying that i had to send back my 8800gt which was corrupting on my 600 psu.

get at least a 520w from corsair to keep you going, also a lot of people have the words trouble and GTA4 in the same sentence so you wouldn't be the first, its a badly coded game for some people!!!

It's like artifacts appearing on screen on GTA4

I am currently running

Antec 300 case with the fans running
Q6600
GA-965p-DS3
Noctua 120mm fans x 3
2 x 80GB HDDs
250GB HDD
320GB HDD
160GB HDD
DVDRw
8GB RAM 4 x DIMMs
Linksys PCI Wireless cards
Belkin USB card

What do people think about the modular Coolermaster 520w units?

I run other things with no issues and the system doesn't crash or hang at all. It sat running prime for over 24 hours when I moved it to the new case and installed the RAM. That is less than a month ago

Artifacts? Have you overclocked it?? If you have it could be that you have overclocked it abit too far.

But artifacts could be PSU related aswel :(

Now a tip for you : GET THE MOST EXPENSIVE PSU YOU CAN AFFORD

You can skimp on most PC components but NEVER skimp on a PSU, if you get a nice high quality PSU it will last you a few good years. If you buy a cheap 500w PSU now and maybe later on you decide to upgrade your graphics card again then your gonna have to buy ANOTHER PSU, just bite the bullitt and get a good one now to avoid needing to buy another one down the line.

Unlike most PC components a PSU isn't one that goes out of date after 6 months :D

Nope it's not overclocked. Hmmm buying the most I can afford, mmm got to be a cap somewhere ;)

I know what you mean about PSUs as I haven't had many due to them lasting so long. The current one is about 3 years old now and only got changed due to a case upgrade

Thing is I don't have any other problems. I might give this Crysis a go (demo first) and see what happens etc.
