I need a decent PSU for my new build, it will consist of the following :

ASUS P5Q Pro
E8400
4GB Coursair XMS2 800mhz
2 500gb HDDs
1 Optical DVD RW
HD 4780 or similar.

I would like to overclock a little bit so can someone suggest a decent PSU.
I would like it to have as many SATA connectors as possible.

I have pick out this one (Coolermaster 460W eXtreme Power Plus PSU - 20+4pin 4+4 ATX12v 4x SATA 6pin PCI-E)
Will 460W be enough?

Thanks

Corsair VX 450W ATX PSU would get my vote. 6 x sata and should be up to the job of running your rig.

Ive got the seasonic 600w (who make the 450w for Corsair) and mine is running a Asus P5Q Deluxe. QX6700 Extreme, 5 HDD's, HD4650 and 1 optical drive.

Peak draw will be around 230W.
Instead of that CM get Corsair VX450, stronger 12V and without artificial current limitations aka rails.

enermax MODU82+ gets my vote same money but quiter fan (just) more energy efficient and modular cables. The Corsair gets a close second as you can't get the enermax from here :(
