nope, it was stock. Didn't think that would be the cause

Sometimes just reseating the card can resolve issues.
I have an OC FX8350 3.5yrs old from OcUk MoBo bundle. I paired this with a new Kolink 600w PSU then. I now have boot issues with the OC on. I imagine that my PSU has lost some of its power. How can I easily test it.
