PSU question

Pretty soon I am going to upgrade my current system from [email protected], 4Gb DDR2 Ram and a 8800GTS 512 (G92) to the following system.

Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R Intel X58
Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (o/c to 4.0Ghz)
OCZ Gold 6GB DDR3 Triple Channel
Corsair H50-1 CPU Watercooler
ATI Radeon HD 5870

Now my current PSU is a Seasonic M12-700w, will this be enough to power this new system ?

700w is more than enough for that system mate.

Its a super PSU and wil easily handle all that lot and more
