PSU question

Does he have a graphics card, because you can get away with a cheap PSU if he doesnt. Also I think 450W may be enough? So something like this:

That PSU in the OP is probably adequate for a basic system without discrete PSU. It's even marketed as such in the blurb. There is a review out there for another Sinan PSU that failed to provide power within spec beyond 50% load on pretty much any of the rails. I wouldn't use it in a gaming rig but a system just running basic tasks it's probably fine. If the PSU is that unstable then the system will just crash. Of course there's always the risk that it'll fail and take the system with it.
