psu re-sleeving problem

Hi there, i've hd a bit of a mess up when resleeving my psu, i took the molex/sata plugs off, fitted the sleeving then went to put the plugs back on and realised i mixed up the black wires on each, does this matter? if the black pin next to the yellow is now next to the red (on molex) does it make any diff? am i completely ***** up now?

just out of interest if it's ground then why dyah need 2?
