PSU recommendations

Could anyone recommend a modular, quiet PSU that will do the job of running:

i7 cpu
4870 1gb
6x2gb ddr3
1 x ssd
4 x sata 2 hds

with a bit to spare for future use

yep, so its now starting to become poor value for money, like the 650w

There were some good priced PSU around but they seem to thin on the ground, I am wondering if the Antec 650w is just a default price whilst out of stock!

Rather spend an extra £10 for a HX750 than the Antec, so you get a better warranty and RMA support

Antec one looks good, that could be a goer. Bit wary on OCZ as ive had two die now although they all do at some point i guess

if you had a Corsair psu you would get better support.

yep, Corsair have a good reputation for a reason, some of the best after market care in the business.

thanks for the recommendation chaps, got this up and running last night. very nice indeed. first modular one ive used, great idea whoever came up with it
