Currently got:
Q9550 CPU - not overclocked at present due to graphics car issues
2 x 2GB Corsaire PC8500 RAM
ATi 5870 1GB card
Asus P5Q Pro motherboard
4 x internal SATA HDDs
Extra PCI USB card
DVD-RW
4 x 120mm Noctua fans
2 x Corsair case fans

PSU is a corsair 520W PSU

Problem I have with my gfx card is that if I try and go to the native resolution of my monitor the signal is lost. Thinking it's PSU, motherboard of gfx card. I'm posting this with the PC at present but with the resolution at 1280 rather than 1650

The psu should be able to handle the system fine, I doubt you pull much more than 350 - 400w full load.

Can you try another gpu or test the items in another pc.
