PSU usage

Hi guys

just wondering roughly how do i work out my pc power usage . IS it so much per HD / fan etc and set amounts for say cpu and graphics but go up when used more ?

Atm ive got 6600 duel core
8800 gts 640mb
4 HDs of various sizes
3/4 120 mm case / cpu cooler fans
pioneer dvd writer
2Gb of geil cas 4 6400 memory going to 4 gb soonish

Now can some give me a rough idea of say peak usage with this gear or explain how its worked out or even links / posts elsewhere that are allowed anything will do

Yor PC will use about 320-350W so 400W PSU is enough.

Little above 200W.

It's good to find out that I've got the right PSU for my system.

You can easily measure it accurately with a plug-in power meter, £5-10 from your local DIY store.

Nothing more than 300watts i would say.! a good quality 400-500watt psu will be fine
