PSU voltage monitoring software?

Apart from Everest whats some good software for monitoring PSU voltages?

My GTX 280 died recently and i think i might have been because of my PSU. Everest is saying its outputting 10.80v on the 12v lines, which is way under volted. So i'd like to try other software to confirm this...
 
Software monitoring is notoriously unreliable but I notice you've got an Asus motherboard, Asus PC Probe is about as good as any provided it works on Vista.

Really though you'd be much better off with a multimeter, even the cheapest will be infinitely better than software readings.
