psu voltages

hi can someone explain why the voltages on psu go up and down? i mean fluctuation in the numbers


is my psu ok? its an atrix 600w

+3.3v = 3.36
+5v = 4.97
+12v = 11.84


-5 = -8.78
-12 = -1.66

Are yuo reading these voltages from speedfan? If so, then it tends to be poo at stuff like this. The only real way to tell voltages is to use a multimeter, much more accurate, if you know how
