PSU

Yeah, it'll power that without much issue. The only problem with those PSUs is that they're noisy, but if you don't care it's a non-issue. :)

If you can stretch the Corsair HX 520 is the best PSU in that price range.

why is that better??? and when people say cause its more stable i don't exactly understand what it means so while we here mind explaining that too? :P

Stability is largely a description of how the PSU behaves across different loads. Some PSUs, when stressed, exhibit a variance in the voltages observed from its various rails. When the voltage drops too low the machine can be negatively impacted. Good PSUs are very stable.

The aforementioned OCZ does not have modular cabling, a feature by which unneeded cables can be removed from the device to save clutter in the case. It is to many a highly desirable feature.

The Corsair is the highest-regarded PSU in my estimation and on these forums. It's quiet, good looking, modular, stable, and well-priced. :)

ty for info, but i dont mind about the cables i mean unwanted cables wont do nothing and in future i wont need to spend more money to buy a new PSU if i upgrade something a bit higher.

so interms of quality theres no differnce except cables and noise?

The OCZ uses a lot of small 12 V rails. This can be a problem, or it can be no issue whatsoever. IT depends on what you're doing with it. A safer bet, in my estimation, is to have one large rail as it will eliminate the need to be sure to draw from separate rails when powering more than 18 A to a component.

The overall wattage rating is somewhat irrelevant, all that matters is the current supported from each rail.

Again, it will work for you just fine.

EDIT: I'd remove that competitor link before one of the mods sees it. ;)
