That will do the job nicely. Its a very reputable PSU, and should handle two 5870's without too much problems, under max load each card can draw 300W a piece, but you shouldnt expect them to draw over 250 each during gaming, that coupled with a high end cpu puts you at or near 700w during a bioshock gaming session, which stresses both the cpu and gpu.

Imo it should do perfect for what you need, but i've not built a build for dual 5870's before, so maybe the demand is higher, i'll leave that call to other forum'ers.
 
yeah i know now Ezyryder cheers though. im just contenplating my next move with the new ati cards coming out soon (and potential price drop of current range) if i could and should go for another 5870 for crossfire so now that i know i can i feel much better about it.
