ok so i am doing a new build and was wondering what psu to get from these two
either

or wait for one of these

also just to add how is evga warranty like also that they are doing a offer to extend warranty to 10 years for free on psu thanks.

its a i5 3570k build but i am buying high enough psu for upgrades so has to be one of those two or somthing which is fully modular.

I would be going with a Seasonic, XFX(Made by Seasonic) or Silverstone

Agree with above I'd go XFX or Seasonic if possible. Although the Corsair AX series are good.

Definitely the Corsair, look in to Seasonic though they make brilliant psu's
