I think people are being slightly unfair here- a lot of these sort of modules are intended to get everyone, no matter their educational background, up to a certain common level of competence in key areas. e.g. basic maths/stats courses.
The questions don't look too difficult tho so I reckon if you put in a bit of bookwork and work through all the available past papers you should be fine. Good luck
First year exams aren't exactly the hardest in the world, as people have said before it's to get everyone up to the same standard. Depending on what A-levels etc. you've done, a lot of it can be just simple extensions.
Biology is a conceptually easy subject, a lot of times it's just fact regurgitation at your level. I know the subject you're talking about and almost all of those questions can be answered with a just few (say no more than 20) of a medical physiology and antomy text book
I last did biology in GCSE, and those questions look damn easy...not that i could answer them now...but doing some work on the subjects...it looks easy
