I did it one time ... there was this massive puddle in the road. Group of kids near it laughing ang giggling ... they were egging me on to "get them" so i approached really slowly and then floored it, the huge tidal wave got them all !

I nearly wet myself too ...

Accelerating hard down an empty motorway sliproad (in the 214), into 3rd and the bloody thing loses traction.

I have never splashed or been splashed by cars going past, thankgod I avoid them when i can see people on the pavement Although if chavs walk into the road ahead of me i dont slow down and make them run I have missed all of them

Anyone ever accidentally or purposely splashed a pedestrian?

I got two chav girls last night - one of them nearly fell over with the force of the water. I know it's immature but seriously - I nearly soiled myself laughing. And yes I did it on purpose.

Never on purpose, but certainly more than once by accident- after all you can't be expected to hold up traffic by changing lanes or slowing down unnecessarily just for the sake of keeping a few miserable pedestrians dry, surely?
As for the motor cutting out 'cause of the wet... well, mines a diesel.
Besides, pedestrian awareness means if you don't want to get splashed, then don't walk near the massive puddle in the road hehe.

I've accidentally done it a couple of times. I try to avoid it as it's not very nice when it happens to you. Happened to me all the time when I was a student and it seriously ****** me off.

Never on purpose, but ...

Driving along in an SJ410 in the pouring rain on the inside lane, HUGE great big puddle (blocked drain type, about 20 foot long & 5 foot wide), other cars were bunching up and going around it at 10mph in the outside lane. I've hit the puddle flat out (40!) and gone though (having 2"+ deep tread means aquaplaning is a non-event ). Heard a couple of beep and yells, looked back to see an Orion with it's passenger window down Think i might have dumped a 'bit' of water on them
