Hello dear friends,

I am trying to figure out in a pulling scenario whether static pressure matters or is it all about cfm... I get why sp matters in push, but just dont know anything aboutnpull...

Thanks!

Hi, having tried both basiclly found temps were the same but found in pull fan noise was quieter and using 4xZaward Golf Black 900RPM 140mm fans on a 560 rad.

This is a bit old, but would like to revive this as i am building a full on watercooling rig. Ive got the following fans at disposal:

2xsp120 quiet edition
3xpenetrators 120mm
2xaerocool ds 120mm
4xspl120 (stock h100i ones)
3xnzxt white air flow 120mm silent ones

My pc will have 240mm rad up front 6cm thickness 10-14 fpi, top 240mm 3cm thich xspc and 120mm 3cm thick xspc rad. Hoping to run all of these in sub 1k rpm for silence. Front will be push, top and back probably in pull.

So my question is in sub 1k if i used the nzxt fans would that be any diff than using penetrators? Asking because i found the nzxt fans v quiet on a h100i rad.

Cheers v much
