Pulling your own Teeth out.

one of my teeth which already had a filling cracked in 2 one day. I had to pull some of it out just to close my mouth properly as it was hanging out.

I managed to pull the rest out with a bit of blood.

It was uncomfortable at first but once healed it is fine.

all the dentist do is but a bit of cement in the hole.
 
my mate pulled out an infected back tooth before with a leatherman never heard a sound like that come out of a guy before poor guy passed out after it :(

I pulled mine out as a child, wobbled them for ages flicking them with my tongue, to the point i could turn the tooth 180 degrees and freak people out (i was about 7 mind you) but as for wearing them, a bit odd, but would be a conversation started, talk about how you killed the man to get them ;)
 
Well, not so much me pulling my own teeth out, but my wife did pull out one of my back teeth a few years ago. It got shattered whilst playing ice hockey and i hadn't bothered to get it sorted. it was giving me so much pain that she got me to lay on the kitchen floor, took a set of pilers from the garage, and pulled... snapping off the crown and leaving to two roots still in.

I then left it that way for another year, without it causing too much problems, until it got infected. Got a dentist to sort it, who pulled out the roots only to find loads of puss under one.. nice!

lesson learnt though... a) don't be scared of dentists, they are not as bad as my mrs with a set of pilers.. and b) see point a !!
 
You know you can bleed to death following a tooth extraction if it doesn't stop bleeding ? There was a guy who died of it a couple of years ago. Must be why my dentist said i could only have mine done in the morning in case it didnt stop, so they could put stitches in it.
 
1. Stand on a chair.
2. Tie one end of a short string to appendage on the wall.
3. Tie the other end to undesirable tooth.
4. Jump off chair.

i have stayed quiet for a long time about this but its getting annoying for me now, by gypo do you mean *****? cause i know gypo's, rather well, as in family, and they are certainly not drunk 24/7 and to add to that dont deserve the crap they are given. i am fairly sure a lot of people on these forums mean *****, just do a google. they are completely different things.
 
how does it matter? you may have asked and i may think it is a silly question that really isnt related, so i ask if it really matters cause i dont think it should in the hope you would think about it again.

It matters because you brought it up to start with and I wanted to ask more questions, but hey ho nevermind , thread going OT a bit now
