Pump recommendations

Installed first water loop this week, all going great so tonight drained deionised water to change with pastel white and fit proper drain tap. Being the spaz I am I've managed to cross thread and strip the internal pump threads on the phobya I'm using

So, what should I buy?

Needs to run through CPU and GPU and two rads.

Would like as silent possible and cheap as possible.

Any suggestions?
