Purchase or wait?

Hey guys

I recently bought a new overclocked PC and i need to add a montior to it...

My question is should i purchase one now or wait for the new Free Sync monitors?

eta of release of said monitors?

Im running a 290x Lightning GPU

budget is between £300-£400 but i can go a bit over if required (wanting 27-28 inch)

ill be playing a wide range of games from FPS to MMOs to RTS

Not really.

I find 60 fine for FPS anyways, doesn't matter too much to me.

I'm guessing you'll probably use the monitor for years to come, so I'd say it would be worth it for you to wait the few months it will take for freesync monitors to come into wide availability.
