Purchased fitbit in Jan, already 1 replacement - can I return to retailer?

Most of the problems I see with Fitbit products tend to be the straps and rubber cracking or bubbling, something the One wouldn't suffer from. I tried to shift my old Surge's for parts on ebay but there was around 80 listings for broken fitbits with no bids so I didn't bother.

Their support is fantastic though.
 
I had more then one replacement FitBit Flex. It was utter crap. I now keep fit without something telling me. It's actually a lot easier

I was in the middle of a Chat and my internet disconnected so just waiting for some time to go through it all again.

They were trying to push it on the fact my Sony Xperia XZ wasn't supported, it was only after a quick google it is classed as an Xperia Z on their support list (I was arguing how on earth would they not support a flagship model) ...it was at this point the internet got disconnected. As it is the same issue as last time, and because they sent out a replacement I feel they have already accepted it as a fault so going down any other routes regarding support-ability is nonsense.

Think to save time and hassle I will just quote the above, just change to a Blaze where you have added Charge.
 
Just realised I put the wrong model in my previous post. It's the Blaze I've got currently, not the Charge.

There is definitely an issue with the straps on the old Charge models, I had 2 replacements for mine due to bubbling. I love my current Blaze though, it's been perfect for well over a year and the big advantage is that you can change the strap. I currently use a black metal magnetic strap and it works perfectly.
